Step 2: Look at your home through the eyes of a buyer.
Go visit a couple of model homes and then take a good
look at how you can make your home look more appealing
to buyers. De-cluttering and making your home look like
no one really lives in it are two very important things
to get done. Fresh paint and new carpeting can make a
house look new. And, you will get back thousands more than
you put in if you just do these two things. Of course,
any repairs that are needed must be done before the home
goes on the market.
Step 3: Call the most successful RealtorŪ in area.
When you need an accountant, doctor, lawyer, or other
professional, you don't just pick someone at randon, or someone you meet at
an open house. So, why should you choose a RealtorŪ in
